Welcome to MyChoferLuxuryTransportation. By booking or using our luxury transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment information.
   
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
   
• Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
   

• All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic conditions, or vehicle availability).
   
• Specific vehicle requests will be honored when possible, but substitutions may be made as needed.
   

• Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
   
• Smoking, drug use, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
   
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be the responsibility of the client and will be billed accordingly.
   

• Extra charges may apply for additional stops, detours, or excessive cleaning.
   

• We are not liable for any delays caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, mechanical failure).
   
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
   

• We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
   

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
   

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Orlando Florida. Any disputes arising will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
